Waynetown -- Lula E. Williams, 80, of Waynetown, died at 7:35 a.m. Monday in Culver Hospital. She had lived all her married life here except the past six when she was in Ben Hur Nursing home. Born Sept 7, 1900 near Hillsboro she was a daughter of Charles and Pearl Kresse Lamb. She was reared in the home of Manford and Bessie Coon of Hillsboro. SHe married Walter "Bud" Wiliams Nov 26, 1918. He preceded her in death Oct 30,1 959. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Archie (Mary) Foxworthy, Marshall; Mrs. Ocar (Letty) King, Bloomingdale, Mrs. Larry (Rowens) Penrod, Amanda, Ohio; and Mrs. Harold (Margaret) Keller of Wayentown; 20 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, daughter, sister and brother. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Thomas Funeral Home at Waynetown with Rev. Fred Werker officiating. Burial in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. - kbz

  Mrs. Lula Williams of Waynetown, age 80, died Monday morning, August 31, in Culver Hospital at Crawfordsville. She was born near Hillsboro, September 7, 1900, the daughter of Charles and Pearl Krease Lamb. She was reared in the home of Manford and Bessie Coon of Hillsboro and on November 8, 1928, married Walter Williams, who died October 16, 1959.
  Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Margaret Keller of Waynetown, Mrs. Mary Foxworthy of rural Marshall, Mrs. Lettie King of rural Bloomingdale and Mrs. Rowena Penrod of Amanda, Ohio; 20 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. A son and a daughter preceded her in death.
  Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at Thomas Funeral Home in Waynetown with Rev. Fred Wacker officiating. Burial was in Masonic Cemetery at Waynetown.- thanks to S
